Therapy is an exploratory journey. Together, we uncover answers to fundamental questions about who you are, what is important to you, and how you make choices that affect your life.
My Approach
My work centers on exploring and understanding your motivations, history, and sense of self. With compassion and curiosity, we’ll bring awareness to unconscious patterns, often rooted in childhood, and begin the process of rewriting your story.
I view the mind and body as deeply interconnected. Psychological wounds can surface as physical symptoms, and healing often involves tending to both. Together, we’ll explore your defenses, the thoughts and behaviors that once helped keep you safe. We can strengthen the ones that still serve you and, with care and appreciation, begin to release those that no longer do.
Therapy isn’t always easy. Change can be uncomfortable, and healing rarely follows a straight line. But self-work, the process of coming to understand the full depth of your inner and outer worlds, can be among the most meaningful and transformative experiences there is.
